Hotel is amazing. Staff is also good specially Faizan, Vishal, Suman and Anuron they all were amazing very cooperative and on their toes throughout to help. I requested Anuron in afternoon to ask chef for some north indian desert in dinner and it was very nice of him that he remembered about it even after so many hours that really appreciating. The chefs are wonderful specially Sandipta and Harshdeep they will cook food as per your liking. I mean who doesn’t like good food.. right?? I personally recommend the hotel to everyone. You’ll have an amazing experience.

I had an amazing experience during my stay. The staff were amazing. Suman, Jayanta, Manasa took care of us and were very polite and professional. Thanks to all the staff especially them for making our stay very comfortable.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gro?zügiges Zimmer, sehr sauber. Immer Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gesamte Service. An der Rezeption das Team, vor allem Neha, unterstütze bei allen Fragen rund um das Hotel und Bangalore. Die Speisen, bzw. Buffett, ist hervorragend und sehvielseitig. Auch hier herausragender guter Service. Z. B. Suman wusste sehr schnell was wir bevorzugen und brachte z. B. mir Morgens sofort meinen Tee und meinem Mann den starken, schwarzen Kaffee. Sie half bei der Auswahl am Buffett. Dickes, dickes Dankesch?n. Die Massagen waren ein Highlight! Alle Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen waren stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und respektvoll.

Really had an amazing experience at the restaurant. Stay was amazing!! Manasa really had done such a great job. Really liked a gesture by her.. she got me an pastry with a written mark see you soon .. so sweet!! Thankyou so much for making my experience worth.

I had an unforgettable experience at Gokulam Grand the hospitality was outstanding and the food was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted with warm smiles and made me feel like valued guest. PROS : 1.Reception staff , were courteous and quick 2.Check-in process: fast; no hassles 3.Breakfast spread -fantastic…by far one of the best spreads.The staff at the restaurant were a true delight.Everyday they looked after my parents , while I was away at the conference. They were so very pleasant and courteous , even on our last day. 4.Bedroom was quite spacious to place luggage and comfortably fit a family of 3 5. 24x7 hot water 6.Room service was prompt in delivering food , although was on the pricier side 7.House keeping was prompt in setting up extra bed CONS: 1. Pool was a bit of a let down 2.The entry to the hotel is not seen from the main road and climbing up and down the steep entry way is also cumbersome 3.Room -tables were not clean and floors were a bit dirty 4.Some places the flooring was not levelled.This can be dangerous for elderly people .
